Sad New in the Blackbear United Family

This month the Blackbear Family has lost 2 of our former players unexpectedly.  Greg Lenz, from Bangor HS and Patrick Kane from John Bapst HS, older brother of Maggie and Jenny, both passed away.

Greg attended UNH after high school. He was a quiet kid, very respectful and lots of fun to be around. He was known for his quickness, wirey play and who can forget that hair.

Patrick played for the first BUFC boys team that qualified for the region 1 tournament in Rhode Island. He played at Bentley and graduated 2 years ago. He was not only a good soccer player, but was such a great kid from such a nice and supportive family.
We are all saddened by the news and offer our support to the Lenz and Kane families.

Take advantage of this great opportunity and let our soccer fans know about your business.  We are looking for newsletter sponsors.  Get your message out to families in the community.  Please let us know if you are interested - click here!
