Hotel Information
Hotel information is provided below for our tournament schedule. Blackbear United will block out rooms for use for the various outdoor tournaments. Information on hotels will be posted below once our hotel coordinator books the rooms after teams are accepted for the various tournaments.
Important Notes:
* Not every player will be rostered for every tournament. Roster decisions will be made by the coaches and take into account player availability – but rosters won’t be in place until the outdoor season. Please understand that if you book a room and are not rostered, that it is YOUR responsibility to cancel the room. If you wish, you may offer the room first back to the Blackbear group via your team administrator.
* All blocked hotel rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. When the blocked rooms are gone, families will be on their own. Since many prefer to make their own reservations, this seems best for all.
* There are cut-off dates for each hotel. After the cut off date, any remaining rooms are released back into the pool and the group rate is no longer available.
* Families must secure their rooms with their own personal credit card by following the directions below.

Rooms Booked Under Blackbear United - please note that we could not book all the rooms at one hotel so the Sheraton - Framingham is for the girls teams and the Hilton Garden Inn is for boys teams. If a family has both playing in the tournament, take your choice.

To reserve room, contact your team administrator. Parents will need to
supply their own credit card when they check in. Team admins will send list of parents needing rooms to hotel coordinator
April 1st is the date rooms will begin to be released.

Parents will need to call the hotel directly to confirm their
rooms (781) 890-0100 or 1-877-782-9444. When they call - make sure to let them know you are with Blackbear United and confirm, the first night is
charged as a deposit.
Reminder that the cutoff to make hotel reservations is April 15th. After that, the rooms will be released along with the rate.
