Directions to the field are: From Points North (Bangor, Hampden) Take I-95 south to Former Exit 30. (Augusta/Winthrop) Merge onto Western Avenue/US-202/ME-17 East Proceed straight on this road for about 3 miles. You will enter a rotary. Exit the rotary directly across from where you enter so that you proceed straight ahead across a bridge. Proceed across the bridge and you will enter another rotary. Take the right exit off this rotary so that you are on Rtes 9&17. Stay in the left lane as you will turn left at the first stoplight onto Rte. 17 East About 2 miles from this intersection you will turn right onto Cony Road at the first stop light you come to. The Capital Area Soccer Club Fields are on the right about 0.7 miles from this stop light. From Points East (Belfast, Bar Harbor) Take Route 3 West from Belfast toward Augusta Just before you get into downtown Augusta you will come to a traffic light beyond LaPointe Lumber on the right. At this intersection there will be a Kenoco gas station/store on the left ("Rideout's Pit Stop"). Turn left at the light onto Church Hill Road. (This is the road you take to bypass Augusta to get to I-95 in Gardiner for those familiar) Go about 2.2 miles (through two traffic lights). The entrance to the fields will be on the right (the Maine Veteran's Home will be on the left of the entrance road to the fields) If you miss the turn and get to Augusta, turn left an go through the first rotary. Follow the directions above for Route 17 east. Bike Path Field Directions to the field are: Exit 28 is the new exit number off 295 to Bath/Brunswick/Coastal Route 1. (the old exit number was 22). As you come off the ramp into Brunswick, stay straight on Route 1, which becomes Pleasant St. You will go about 2 miles to the fork with Route 1 and Pleasant St, Pleasant St. goes straight into the center of Brunswick. Stay straight on Pleasant for another mile, do not turn left onto Route 1 at the fork. You will come finally to a large intersection where you have to turn either right or left onto Maine St (Rt. 24). Turn left onto Maine Street, and go three blocks until you see Mason Street, which can only turn right. Turn right on Mason, go one block, and turn left onto Water Street. Stay straight on Water Street for 1/2 mile, it dead-ends at the Boat Landing, and the parking lot for the Brunswick Bike Path. Look for the "Soccer Parking" sign, we have to park off in the field area to the right of the main parking lot. Please, no parking in the boat-towed area, or the lot to the left, that lot is only for the bike path. Pull in all the way to the front of the grass area, there will be two rows for parking. Walk down past the three pylons and under the railroad trestle bridge, the field will be on the right just after you go around the corner from the bridge. spectators and parents should be on the river side of the field, teams on the far side. Bowdoin Field Directions to the field are: Take Exit 28 off I-295 onto Route 1 North (Pleasant Street). It will be a four lane road, remain in the right hand lane until you come to Maine Street (5th light) in Brunswick center. Make a right onto Maine Street. There will be a 7-Eleven on your right. Follow Maine Street past the Big White Church on left and turn left right after the church. The Campus will be on your right. Turn right on to RT. 123 (1st stop light) follow RT. 123 for about 1/2 mile turn right into parking lot (Field House). Field #1 is nearest the turf field. Field #2 is the furthest away from the turf field. Community Park Field (Falmouth) Field Directions: Falmouth Community Park Field (Bowl Field) Take I-95 into Maine toward Portland. Travel on I-95 for approximately 55 miles. Just beyond Exit 9, take 495 (Maine Turnpike north to Exit #10). Take a left onto the Gray Road to first traffic light. Take a right at the first traffic light and follow that road to then end. Take a left and follow to the next intersection (there will be a park and fire barn on your right). Take a right and follow that road until you see a brick entrance for the Falmouth Community Park on your right. Turn right into the park and follow the road to the back field in the park. The bowl field is past the Plateau field sunk in a mini bowl Crimmins Field (Brunswick) Directions to Crimmins Field in Brunwsick Take Exit 28 off I-295 South. Keep straight into Brunswick (Pleasant Street) as you come off exit, about one mile. At second traffic light after you have come off the exit, turn right onto Church Road (just after a Dunkin' Donuts). Drive about one mile, and take a left onto Mckeen. Drive straight down Mckeen about another mile, and turn right onto Baribeau. Almost immediately after turning right onto Baribeau, you will see a dirt turn in and gate on the left side of the street. If the gate is open, drive in and park. If gate is not open, please park on baribeau. Crimmins Field is just inside the dirt drive with grandstands, etc. If you are coming from the center of Brunswick, drive up Maine Street towards the college, and soon after the church on your left, you will see a right hand turn onto McKeen. turn right on McKeen, and go about 3/4 mile, and turn left onto Baribeau. Crimmins will be immediately on your left. Deering Memorial Field (Portland) Directions to Deering Memorial Field Deering High School – Memorial Field - Ludlow Street Portland, Maine From MAINE TURNPIKE EXIT 48 (48 miles on the turnpike) –Turn Left off of exit onto Riverside Street. At Light, turn left onto Brighton Avenue and follow for approximately 2 miles to Rosemont Corner (5 corners) Turn Left onto Columbia, go thru first stop sign Turn right on Ludlow Street and continue straight past tennis courts on right Field on left Immediately after tennis courts, the gate to Memorial Field is on the left and the Deering Parking lot is on the right Falmouth High School Field Field Directions: Falmouth High School - Falmouth Maine Take I-95 South to Portland Take 495 (Maine Turnpike Exit #10). Take a left onto the Gray Road past the West Falmouth Shopping Center. After the Mainway Gas Station take a right onto The Leighton Road. Follow until the end and then take a right onto Falmouth Road. Drive past the Town Hall on your left and then take your next left onto Woodville Road. Drive past The Falmouth Middle School on your left and look for the new Falmouth High School entrance. Take a left following the road behind the School to the fields. Fitzpatrick Field Directions to the field are: Fitzpatrick Stadium (Portland, Maine): From the south, Take I-95 north to exit 6A toward S. PORTLAND/PORTLAND DOWNTOWN (From the north, Take I-295 south to exit 6A toward S. PORTLAND/PORTLAND DOWNTOWN.). Take exit number 5- toward ME-22/ you'll get on CONGRESS ST. Take left on St. Johns Street (go one block) Take right on US Rte 1 north (you'll see the Portland Seadogs baseball stadium on your left, then the Portland Exposition Building, and Portland Ice Arena). Take left between Portland Exposition Building and the Portland Ice Arena -- drive to the back of the building until you see the Fitzpatrick stadium field and parking. Fox Field Directions to the field are: Fox Street Field (Portland, Maine): From the south, Take I-95 north to exit 8, Marginal Way. From the north, Take I-295 south to exit 8 - Marginal Way. Take left at the second set of lights. The field will be on your right. Hermon Elementary School Field Directions to Hermon Elementary School: Take 95 to Airport Exit (old 47) Turn toward Airport off ramp Pass Airport on left and continue for two miles Turn left onto Billings Avenue just after going under bridge. Follow for 2 miles and Elementary School will be on left hand side. Alternate Route: Follow 395 to end (after 95 junction) Stay straight at light onto Route 2. Follow Route 2 until you get to Billings Avenue. You will pass Hermon High School on your right and a church on your left. Once you pass the church, take the next right (light) onto Billings Avenue and follow for 1 mile. Elementary School field will be on your right. Lengyl Field (Orono) Directions to Lengel Field: Follow 95 North to Kelly Road Exit (Exit number 191). Turn Right off ramp and follow Kelley Road to Rt 2 (Main Street). Turn left onto Main Street (Rt 2) Follow Main Street 1.6 miles through town (go straight through downtown lights) and cross the Stillwater River Bridge. Take left at light onto College Avenue. Follow College Avenue approx 1/2 mile. Then turn right on Monson Road and then a quick right into the parking lot. Field is behind Buchannan Alumni Building and to Right hand side rear of Lengel Gym. Livesay Field (Brunswick) Directions to Livesay Field: Take Exit 28 off I-295 onto Route 1 North (Pleasant Street). It will be a four lane road, remain in the right hand lane on Pleasant Street until you reach Maine Street (5th stop light) in Brunswick center. Make a right onto Maine Street. There will be a 7-Eleven gas station on your right. Follow Maine Street past Bowdoin College. The Campus will be on your left. Follow Maine Street for approx. 1 mile past Bowdoin College. The road forks. Take the left fork onto Mere Point Road. You will go for about 3/4 of a mile until you come to Middle Bay Road where you will make a left. Field is down about 1/4 of a mile on right. Point Lookout (old MBNA Field) Lincolnville/ Northport From Portland: Merge onto I-295 N toward FALMOUTH Take the US-1 exit, EXIT 28, toward COASTAL ROUTE/ BRUNSWICK/ BATH Stay STRAIGHT to go onto US-1 N/ BLUE STAR MEMORIAL HWY Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto MILL ST/ US-1/ BLUE STAR MEMORIAL HWY. Continue to follow US-1 N Turn LEFT onto CAMDEN RD/ ME-90. Continue to follow ME-90 Turn LEFT onto US-1/ COMMERCIAL ST. Continue to follow US-1 Look for Moose Statue on left / entrance to Point Lookout Facility Park to left of field From Bangor/Ellsworth: Follow Route 1A or Route 1 toward Belfast then at Route 3/Route 1 split, follow Route 1 to Northport/Lincolnville Point Lookout entrance is approximately 10 miles from Belfast The entrance is on the right next to a big Moose statue and directly across from the Maine Massachusetts House. Field is directly ahead of you, park either in the left parking lot, or if full, continue to the next parking lot. Mahaney Dome (Orono) Directions to UMO: From the south: Take I95 North to exit 193 (University of Maine Athletics Complex exit) Turn right off exit onto Stillwater Avenue Go to third light and turn right onto College Avenue (KFC and McDonald's on corner) Follow College Avenue for about a mile and turn left into University of Maine entrance just past Alfond Ice Arena UMaine field house is in front of you, follow to the right of field house and turn left in Cutler Health Center parking lot. Dome is directly in front of you. Park and walk in revolving doors just in front of the dome next to back of field house. From the North: Take I95 South to exit 193 (University of Maine Athletics Complex exit) Turn left off exit onto Stillwater Avenue Go to third light and turn right onto College Avenue (KFC and McDonald's on corner) Follow College Avenue for about a mile and turn left into University of Maine entrance just past Alfond Ice Arena UMaine field house is in front of you, follow to the right of field house and turn left in Cutler Health Center parking lot. Maine Maritime Academy (MMA) From the East (coastal) Take Route 1 South through Ellsworth.. About 18 miles from downtown Ellsworth, turn left on Route 175. After 8 miles, pick up Route 166 to Castine, another 7 miles. Take first left after the Maine Maritime sign (Pleasant Street) to the Admissions House. From the East (via Route 9) Take Route 9 to Route 46, Eddington, 77 miles. Follow Route 46, across Route 1A, to Bucksport, 19 miles. Take left on Route 1 North/Route 3 for 1/2(half) mile. Turn right on Route 175. After 8 miles, pick up Route 166 to Castine, another 7 miles. Take first left after the Maine Maritime sign (Pleasant Street) to the Admissions House. From the North Take Interstate 95 to Bangor, Exit 182A (Old Exit 45), I-395. Take I-395 to Exit 4, Route 15 South to Bucksport Follow Route 15 South to Bucksport, 18 miles, which merges with Route 1 North/Route3. One mile past Bucksport McDonald's, turn right on Route 175. After 8 miles, pick up Route 166 to Castine, another 7 miles. Take first left after the Maine Maritime sign (Pleasant Street) to the Admissions House. From the South and West (2 options) Option #1** - Take Interstate 95 to Exit 113 in Augusta. Follow signs to Route 3, Belfast. Follow Route 3 East to Belfast, 43 miles. Route 3 merges with Route 1 North. Continue on Route 1 North/Route 3 to Bucksport , 18 miles. One mile past Bucksport McDonald's, turn right on Route 175. After 8 miles, pick up Route 166 to Castine, another 7 miles. Take first left after the Maine Maritime sign (Pleasant Street) to the Admissions House. -OR- Option #2 - Take Interstate 95 to Bangor, Exit 182A (Old Exit 45), I-395. Take I-395 to Exit 4, Route 15 South to Bucksport Follow Route 15 South to Bucksport, 18 miles, which merges with Route 1 North/Route3. One mile past Bucksport McDonald's, turn right on Route 175. After 8 miles, pick up Route 166 to Castine, another 7 miles. Take first left after the Maine Maritime sign (Pleasant Street) to the Admissions House. Option #2 has more interstate highway driving but is 35 miles longer than Option #1. Norton Soccer Field (Winslow) Directions to the field are: From the north: I-95 south to old Exit 34. The ramp is labeled as Waterville / Winslow. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp and proceed towards downtown Waterville. Points of note: Holiday Inn Hannaford McDonald's You are on Main Street in Waterville at this time. You will hit a 4 way intersection with a Rite Aid on your left just before downtown Waterville. Go straight through this intersection. At the second set of stop lights stay in the middle lane and turn left onto the Waterville / Winslow bridge. Stay in the right lane and turn right at the end of the bridge. You are now in Winslow. Proceed straight , passing the Lobster Trap and Winslow House of Pizza. At the second set of lights immediately after crossing the bridge turn left and remain in the left hand lane. You will see a Cumberland Farms at this intersection. At the set of stop lights immediately past McDonald's turn right onto Rte 32. About 1/2 mile from this intersection turn right onto Joe Avenue. Bear slightly to the right as Joe Avenue becomes Leland Street. You will see a Little League baseball field at the end of Leland. Park here. The soccer field is behind the baseball diamond. Pine Ridge Field (Waterville) Exit 127(formerly Exit 33) off I-95. Turn left off ramp onto KMD (Kennedy Memorial Drive - Route 137) Go through a few sets of lights. Turn right onto Route 104 off KMD toward Thomas College Go aprox. 3/4 mile then take a right turn on Louis street. There is a small green sign out there that says Rummel playing field Go up the road to the first intersection and take a left (Norman Street). Field is right there. Lara Hoit Pool Field (Hampden) Take 95 North to exit 180 (Coldbrook Road) Turn right off exit. Pass the indoor dome on your left and turn right at light onto route 202 Follow to end of 202 and turn right at light. Follow past post office (on right) and turn right into pool parking lot. Park in the back parking lot. From Ellsworth Take 395 to Route 202 Exit (Hampden) Follow to end of 202 and turn right at light. Follow past post office (on right) and turn right into pool parking lot. Park in the back parking lot. Shulman Field (Brunswick) Shulman is on Hemlock Road. Take 95 South to 1-295 South (Exit 103) to Exit 28 to Rt 1 into Brunswick. Go past Dodge dealer and at first stop light by Dunkin donuts take sharp right onto Church Rd. Go 3/4 mile and take sharp left onto McKeen St. Take McKeen couple of miles (through one stop sign) all the way to end where it intersects Maine St. Take right onto Maine St. You will pass Parkview hospital on your left and in a short distance when road forks stay left onto Merepont Rd. 1/4 mile past fork take left onto Hemlock Rd. This is a neighborhood. Go about 1/2 mile and just past 24 Hemlock Rd. there is a driveway to Shulman field on left. Tory Hill Field (Portland) Tory Hill Field - Buxton, Maine From the South or North: Take 95 (Maine Turnpike) to Exit 36. Take Exit 1 immediately after the toll booth and go to the end of the ramp. Take left at traffic light and follow to next traffic light. At light take a right on Route 112. Follow Route 112 for about 7 miles to the intersection of Route 202. At the intersection of Route 202, take a left on Route 202 and your first right into J.D. Grocery / Citgo Station. The field is located behind the convenience store. Velocity From the South, Turn RIGHT onto Kennedy Memorial Drive. Blackbear: From the North, Turn LEFT onto Kennedy Memoral Drive. Proceed approximately 2 miles through 6 stop lights (7 lights for Blackbear). (Note for both: the light at the end of the exit ramp is no. 1. Pass Wal-Mart, Shaws Plaza, Inland Hospital, Shop&Save Plaza. Get into the right lane after Shop&Save. ) Turn RIGHT onto Route 104 (West River Road) immediately before the 7/8 th light. (Note: If you cross a river, you've gone too far.) Proceed approximately 1 mile on Rt 104. Junior High School is on your left. The field is behind the school, enter the drive and turn left into the parking lot. You can see the fields from the far end of the school. Webber Field (Waterville) Directions to Webber field: 95 South to Exit 33 Turn left off ramp Head toward waterville off the interstate you'll go 6 lights Turn right onto Rt. 104.(road is just before a small bridge) Heads toward Thomas College Approx. 2 miles you'll see the field just off the road on the left Field is just past the Waterville Junior High. Wildwood Field (Brunswick) Take I-295 to Topsham exit 31A, (RT. 196 East). Take RT. 196 East through Topsham to Route 1/ Bath exit. Take Route 1 toward Bath and Cooks Corner. Take Cook’s Corner, (Route 24 exit). Go straight through busy Cook’s Corner intersection to Route 24 (Bailey Island). Go about 2/3 mile on Route 24 past shopping center to Wildwood Drive. Take right onto Wildwood Drive and go about 100 yards and take first left and field is on left. Wildwood Parking Guidelines: •Park only facing down the street. •Do not park alongside the yellow marked curbs, those are mailboxes and designated no parking zones. •Follow the parking sign directions - it is pretty clear where to park, and where not to. •Do not park in anyone's driveway, or block anyone's driveway. •Do not park on anyone's lawn. •Do not use people's driveways as "turn-arounds", go around the block instead. •Do not double park or allow double parking on both sides of the street. •People may have to go around the block and park down a street or two and walk up to the field. •Make sure people drive slowly, and watch for kids exiting and entering the road as they get dropped off and picked up from the games.
